FAQ

Primarily from interest paid by borrowers in approved lending markets. The initial integration is Kamino USDC lending. The strategy does not use borrowing or leverage at the vault level.

No. Rates change with borrowing demand, utilization, position size and market conditions. Idle capital, losses and applicable costs affect portfolio returns. Historical or annualized figures are not promises of future income.

Yes, including the full amount committed. Borrower shortfalls, failed liquidations, USDC impairment, contract vulnerabilities, compromised authorities, incorrect data and execution failures can cause losses. See permissions and governance and the strategy’s risks.

The selected LP token symbol for the vault. Shares represent a position whose USDC value can rise or fall. The token is not guaranteed to equal one USDC. See shares and accounting.

Why does my token balance stay the same when the vault earns income?

Section titled “Why does my token balance stay the same when the vault earns income?”

Income can increase the value represented by each share rather than the number of shares held. Fees and losses can reduce share value. Additional deposits, withdrawals and transfers can change your token balance.

Does ten minutes mean I will receive my withdrawal in ten minutes?

Section titled “Does ten minutes mean I will receive my withdrawal in ten minutes?”

No. Ten minutes is the minimum delay after a withdrawal request before a claim can be attempted. It does not automatically return funds from Kamino or guarantee enough idle USDC. You must complete the supported claim process, and the transaction must succeed.

A failed claim transaction does not constitute a successful redemption. Check the request status and transaction result. Available liquidity may need to be restored before a claim succeeds. A network fee may still apply to a failed transaction. Do not use a direct LP-token burn as a workaround.

Existing positions do not automatically close. They remain exposed to their underlying markets, where income or losses can continue. Rebalancing and returning liquidity may be delayed until operations recover. Stopping the executor does not freeze market or contract risk.

The current normal idle target is at most 1% of vault assets, with additional cash reserved for pending withdrawals. Risk limits, available liquidity, the 1 USDC minimum buffer, execution minimums or unavailable data can prevent this target from being met. The manager does not relax risk limits automatically to fill idle capital. See current operating parameters.

Does the 7% risk budget limit my possible loss to 7%?

Section titled “Does the 7% risk budget limit my possible loss to 7%?”

No. It constrains modeled portfolio losses under the supplied scenarios. Unmodeled events and market, protocol or USDC failures can cause larger losses, including total loss. A 70% reserve cap is a capital concentration limit, not equal distribution of risk.

Where can I see historical assets and APY?

Section titled “Where can I see historical assets and APY?”

On the vault page. Asset history includes deposits and withdrawals; APY uses fee-adjusted share value. Missing observations are left visible as gaps. See calculation rules.

The selected performance fee is 10% of eligible profit above the high-water mark. Sine charges no separate management, deposit or withdrawal fee. Sine covers operating expenses from its own capital or income from its own vault position. Voltr protocol charges and underlying market costs are separate. See fees and expenses.

Is a fee charged simply because a loss recovers?

Section titled “Is a fee charged simply because a loss recovers?”

Recovery below the previous high-water mark does not by itself create a new performance fee. Native per-share accounting determines the result. A simplified example is available in shares and accounting.

A transfer moves the shares and associated redemption rights to the recipient. It does not return USDC. Check that the recipient wallet or application can handle the token; transferability does not imply exchange liquidity or support as collateral.

Yes. The vault administrator can change supported settings and adapter access. The manager performs supported strategy operations. Voltr has separate protocol authorities. Review permissions and governance for the distinction between these roles.

Does an audit of Voltr cover Sine’s strategy?

Section titled “Does an audit of Voltr cover Sine’s strategy?”

No. Reports cover their stated components, versions and review scope. They do not automatically cover Sine’s allocation engine, the vault’s configuration or every underlying market. Audits do not guarantee capital preservation.

Where do I verify official addresses and get help?

Section titled “Where do I verify official addresses and get help?”

Start from sine.capital and compare complete vault and token addresses before signing. Names and logos alone are insufficient. For enquiries, contact [email protected], and verify social accounts through the official website. Never share a seed phrase or private key.
