Legal disclaimer

Last updated: 29 October 2026

This notice applies to information published on sine.capital and its documentation, including materials describing Sine USDC Lending. Read it together with the relevant strategy description, fee disclosures and risk information before interacting with a vault.

Website content is general information. It is not personalized investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and does not take account of your objectives, financial circumstances or ability to bear losses.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security or financial instrument. Availability of information does not establish that a product is suitable or legally available to you. Obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.

A description of a strategy does not by itself establish any particular regulatory classification, authorization or protection.

Digital asset trading and decentralized finance involve substantial risk. You may lose part or all of the capital committed to a strategy.

Relevant risks include borrower defaults, collateral shortfalls, failed liquidations, insufficient liquidity, smart-contract and adapter vulnerabilities, oracle failures, compromised authorities, software errors, network interruptions and stablecoin impairment. Risks may occur together.

Portfolio controls, diversification, testing and audits do not guarantee capital preservation. A strategy that does not borrow can still be exposed to the risks of leveraged borrowers in its underlying lending markets.

See Sine USDC Lending risks, permissions and governance and our general risk discussion.

Yield, APY, APR, share values and other financial indicators can change. Historical results do not guarantee future performance. Simulations, projections and hypothetical examples are not actual investor results.

Published rates may use different observation periods, annualization methods and fee treatments. Read the relevant methodology and costs before comparing figures.

Withdrawal waiting periods specify when a claim may first be attempted; they do not guarantee payment at that time. Completion depends on available liquidity, functioning infrastructure and successful execution. A token balance or reported NAV does not establish that the same amount is immediately withdrawable in USDC.

Do not assume that vault positions or LP tokens have deposit insurance, principal protection or a redemption guarantee. Any such protection would require an explicit, applicable arrangement.

Use the current strategy disclosures and on-chain configuration to assess applicable fees. Sine fees, Voltr protocol fees, costs embedded in underlying markets and operating expenses are distinct categories.

For Sine USDC Lending, Sine covers strategy execution, network and infrastructure expenses from its own capital or income attributable to its own position, without separately charging those expenses to other depositors. This does not eliminate third-party protocol or underlying market costs.

See fees and expenses.

Third-party infrastructure and permissions

Section titled “Third-party infrastructure and permissions”

Strategies can depend on Voltr, Kamino, Solana, wallets, data providers and other independent systems. Those systems have their own code, permissions, terms and risks. A link to a third-party service or report is not a guarantee of its security, availability or suitability.

Vault administrators, managers and protocol authorities have different powers. Supported settings, integrations and infrastructure can change within their applicable authority. Review the permission model rather than assuming that all strategy rules are permanently enforced by immutable contracts.

Audits and reviews apply to their stated components, versions and scope. A review of infrastructure does not automatically cover Sine’s software, a particular vault configuration or every underlying market.

Verify the full vault address, token mint, network and transaction details before signing. A name, ticker, logo or search result alone is insufficient to establish authenticity.

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Sending assets to an incorrect address or directly burning LP tokens can cause permanent loss. A generic LP-token burn is not a vault withdrawal.

Keep seed phrases, private keys and recovery credentials private. Sine does not require them to answer a support request.

Access and participation may be restricted by laws, sanctions, eligibility requirements or third-party terms applicable to you. Do not use a service where doing so is prohibited. A publicly accessible webpage is not confirmation of eligibility.

Assess your legal and tax obligations with appropriate professional assistance. This notice does not determine the legal status of a token, vault or transaction in any jurisdiction.

We seek to keep information accurate, but website content can become incomplete or outdated. Interfaces and data services can be delayed, unavailable or incorrect. Check current contract settings and relevant disclosures before a transaction; where they appear inconsistent, seek clarification before proceeding.

This notice may be updated as products, infrastructure and disclosures change. The date above identifies the version currently published. An update to this page does not itself change a smart contract or establish consent to new contractual terms.

This page explains information limits and risks. It is not a substitute for product-specific terms or an agreement identifying the legal parties and their obligations. It does not exclude or limit rights, duties or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
